It is, in your own words, "nearly word for word.." which means that this "Fight For Love" is a book that hasn't been necessarily plagiarized, and yes, you spelled 'plagiarized' wrong. The definition of plagiarize (or at least one of them) means to "copy from [someone] and take it as own". This is, again using your own words, is not an example of plagiarism. Of course, if you want to get all technical, then using ones ideas as your own is an example of plagiarism, but of course there is always exceptions to that; wanting to base a book off of "Fighting For Love" which is called 'Fan Fiction', liking the situation of the book, like liking how a so called "nerd"-is-pretending-to-be-a-"nerd"-but-is-really-in-a-gang, that sort of thing.
I do get that you are mad, no one would want someone copying the whole series of "Divergent" and putting their name as the author of the cover, but really? This person is obviously just having fun writing. There is no need to put threats out there that you aren't going to go through with. Also, who is "we"? You mean the two people that hate her book and want it taken down and are willing to go to court because someone "plagiarized" a book?
