Just came across a beautiful thought, and couldn't resist sharing it with you all...
"What is the biggest lie a writer has ever told you?"
— 'I write fiction.'
Because behind every made-up character is a heartbeat they once heard...
Behind every tragic ending is a goodbye they never got to say.
Every 'hero' is someone they wish they could be,
And every 'villain' is a pain they never showed the world.
They don't just write stories...
They bleed in metaphors,
They cry in silence between two dialogues,
They love through every chapter,
And sometimes... they heal.
So next time a writer tells you "it's just fiction,"
Smile.
Because maybe... you were the story all along...
