Her voice shook as she asked again, "Aksh... please, what's happening? Why am I here?"
Rudraksh stood still, his expression unreadable. But in his eyes there was something different in them. Something colder than the warmth she was used to. He couldn't let sympathy cloud his judgment. Not now. Not when his duty came first.
"You're confused," he said his voice firm,which felt unfamiliar. "You're going to take a lie detector test. It's part of the process. We need to know what you remember... and what you don't."
Drishti stared at her husband her heart sinking. A lie detector test? She had no idea what he was talking about.
"I don't understand" she whispered shaking her head as fear tightened in her chest.
Rudraksh Instead of answerimg her question he reached for the handcuffs. '' Mrs rawat you are under arrest for mudering innocent peoples ''
She gasped, her eyes widening in shock.

Like it's just been 2 minutes I finished the first one, and yeah once I read the discontinued part I can suggest something nerve-wracking for part II.
