As if by chance, by fate, the reader stumbled upon the library, trying to find the writer who their friend was so interested in, NayeliWrites. They were struck by curiosity as they walked around the place, trying to find exactly what had driven them to the writer in the first place.
Said reader had found out quite a few facts about the writer, Nayeli, from their friend. They had found it quite odd that there was no specific genre that she focused on, but instead seemed to be inspired at the most random moments, and expanded on that idea. It got on the reader's nerves, however, that Nayeli didn't update as often as they would've liked. But they didn't take it too personally; they thought she was probably working on homework or studying for a test, and if not, the writer was probably watching a movie, reading her seemingly endless piles of books, or spending time with her family.
The reader couldn't help themselves; they were intrigued. After a few moments of searching, they found the writer's works, and stopped before picking a story to read.
Do I really want to read this? They asked themselves.
They heard footsteps approaching, and quickly retreated their hand from the shelf. They relaxed as they saw a small figure with brown eyes and long, raven black hair stop in her tracks when she caught him out of the corner of her eye.
The figure, Nayeli, welcomed the reader with a smile and spoke with an unusual lightness. The reader couldn't help but wonder why she was so happy.
"Hey! Do you want to read one of those? I'm Nayeli." She said, walking towards him. She stopped a few steps in front of him before picking out the story that he had been eyeing on the shelf, and held it in front of him.
"Try reading it. You might just find the book you're looking for." She finished with an adorable smile, and walked away, leaving him with the book in his hands.
