@AppleHillWriter thank you! that means a lot, and i appreciate your support. you're very articulate! i try to remind myself that i'm improving, and i do enjoy writing regardless! you're right, i just need to remember why i'm writing, and stop getting caught up in being hypercritical of it all. i might absorb too much negative story analysis honestly lol. even stories i love are flawed or disliked by someone. thanks for your kind words! they're reassuring! xx

For what it’s worth, you write beautifully, it’s a very poetic style with lots of vivid imagery and description, and Strangers is one of my favorite stories on here. Also, this site isn’t meant for professionals, but to grow as beginners/hobbyists — don’t beat yourself up over mistakes. ♡
