I have Abt three maybe unless you're able to expand it enough :)
1: Narutos siblings being nosey. Like asking tons and tons of questions, not leaving Narutos room to see how close they are, being nosey as to why Kushina was in the room alone w Sasuke, why Sasuke has to stay, ect.
2: Sasuke being clingy to Naruto. Not just lust, but actually love. Not just wanting to kiss, and make out w Naruto, but js wanting to cuddle, n telling Naruto sweet things like Abt his looks, how sweet he is, ect.
3: Based on the whole Sasuke being clingy part, this makes Naruto start thinking if he wants to be in an actual relationship with Sasuke. Since the reason him not wanting to get with is Sasuke only with Naruto for the list and idea of it, but now Sasuke is showing his feelings for Naruto n not js the lust.
