ok well there are a lot of ways to make covers for your book.
you can use photoshop or some other picture program. find a picture you want to use (if its one youve taken or one you found on the internet) and then take it to the program and make it have the stuff you want on it like a title, and stuff like that. if you find a picture online its best to ask the owner of the picture if you could use the photo though.
i dont make my personal book covers my friend Jess (@Jabooker) makes book covers. if you want im sure he wouldnt mind answering any questions about how to make them.
theres also the clubs at the top of your screen. there should be one club dedicated to book covers and people volunteer to make covers for you.
