The Mask System
Masked characters represent the mask I (Jahlil) wear. So just like a mask, they hide my face (true emotions). Mr.Asshole, Miss. Understood, and < Average are my mask characters. They cover the face of me (Jahlil). 

 Average is a mask character, however he is a special mask character. He is the character that you will see the most and he is the character that has the closest personality to me, Jahlil. He expresses the pain, sadness, and romance in my life.
Now Mr. Asshole. He is a mask character. I made him to represent how society sees me, a black man. His character is more ghetto and nonchalant. He doesn't care about anything and he is always telling it how it is. Moral of the story, he's an asshole.

Miss. Understood is ,well was, the last character I planed to bring in. She is also a mask character. I added her for many reason. I needed a female character so I could show a females point of view in my writings and also I needed a character that is more understanding and caring. Someone who always looks on the bright side and balances all the emotions in my writing. A lot of people ask "Why did you name her Miss. Understood if she's the happy character?" Well I guess that's just the irony.

Last but not least is Nameless. I added him because I needed a character that could express my imagination. A character that doesn't talk about my life but instead my made up life. All of my other characters have personal connections with my lifestyle that limits them, however nameless doesn't. He talks about any and everything. Why did I name him nameless...I couldn't think of a name, simple as that.
