hikaru looked down for a moment before nodding, “as long as you’re okay. you seem pretty important to akira-san anyway based on what i hear from sky-chan.” he hummed before his gaze turned into one of guilt and sadness, “perhaps if father wasn’t so cruel constantly, maybe he’d appreciate family more instead of run away from it. i just want to help is all..”

            she nodded, smiling a little. “i’m alright, yes.. thank for you for the concern, i appreciate it.” she bowed her head before blinking. “of course he does, he cares a lot but he just.. has a hard time with family. that would have to be something for you to ask him, i-i can’t really speak on his behalf, but you’re welcome.”

            n-no no! you’re fine, i’m sorry- it’s just a reflex sometimes to flinch..  *she apologized, bowing her head as well before waving her hands*  t-truly, it’s okay..! i’m trying to get better so i don’t do that so much.. i startled raiden-san the other day too.  *she muttered in shame before lifting her head, blinking*  he did? oh.. um, well i’m sure he didn’t mean harm by it. people are just cruel and coerce others, which is wrong, especially towards their captain.  *she murmured back*  rest assured kitagawa-san hasn’t done any of that to me..

*she blinked before it clicked as she let go of her hands, freaking out a bit* a-ah i’m so sorry!!! i shouldn’t have done that! please forgive me, yvette! *she bowed before shaking her head* no no — i shouldn’t have done that in the first place! *she blushed as she got up to look towards the girl* i hope so… i only have another day left and he’s still not taking any hints. *she looked away for a moment* yeah, akira got forced into erm… making out with me in our first year but he loves swim so much, he stuck things out. he still beats himself up about it but he really had nobody to tell him what he did was wrong… safe to say, ever since — he’s really cautious especially with you. he doesn’t want anybody else to be put in the position i had been.

            a-am i? well i mean, i’ll always be here for him if he wants me to be.  *she smiled a little before jumping a little at her touch before relaxing, and recalling what akira told her about being safe*  a-ah, no.. sky-san is sweeter. i just wanted to give akira-san something for good luck.. but um, i’m sure iwaizumi-san will give you flowers sometime too, certainly with valentine’s day.  *she assured before tilting her head*  a situation? well i hope everything is okay now with the team..

            of course i will!! vacations are usually relaxing, entertaining as well. there’s not much to be taught, think of it as a period of time to do as you like! anyway, liyue has the qixing and adepti! they’ll be perfectly fine!! crazy scheme? i haven’t even thought of anything yet! you’re always so rude to me sky-chan, it breaks my poor heart..

change of scenery? well if you go with me, i guess i would feel much safer… what’s a vacation like? i’ve never had one. my parents didn’t get to teach me much before their passing. it may be a quiet day today but what if something happens while i’m gone and nobody’s there to protect them? yes, if i win then whatever crazy scheme you might have in your head will never come to pass! i know there’s a lot in that head of yours…!

            that’s the whole point, you need a change of scenery! it’s not about overworking, it’s about i dunno, a vacation!  *he tried explaining, shaking his head at her responses*  there are others who can protect them. besides, there are plenty of days where you experience no action, as it is just another quiet day in liyue, correct? now give it some thought! anyway, they’re.. somewhat. it’s more like they’ve probably seen it all. will you? overconfidence already, it might just be your downfall to me!
