Nakakadala bumili ng coins! Disappointed talaga ako...

          Help!
          
          I was about to buy a story when I noticed that I only have 25 coins left in my wallet so I clicked the "unlock the story". It was directed to Coin Shop and then I chose to purchase 230 coins which costs Php185. Then I received the SMS from Gcash that the payment has been successfully processed but still I cannot continue the transaction. The coins I purchased were not added to my wallet but Php185 were already deducted from my gcash account. Attached here with are the screen capture of the SMS from gcash and the story I'm purchasing when this incident happened. 
          
          Please help. All I want is to read stories of different authors from this app.
