unfortunately for me,  i’m all out of aluminum foil.  [ loud?  is it really so?  she wonders how much she knows,  but doesn’t dare to ask.   she might start yelling if she doesn’t like what she hears.   it’s one thing to think your thoughts;   it's another to be confronted with them by another person. ]  even so,  i thought i told you that my mind is a no-access zone.  the whole mind-reading shit is so..  [ perverse. ]   it makes my skin crawl.
