I seriously considered dropping out of high school today but then I got to Literature and my teacher passed back past homework and I was reading through one of my packets and it said,
At the very end of the story, Eckles cries, "Can't we take it back, can't we make it alive again? Can't we start over?" What message can we take from this realization and how can we apply to our lives? And I said,
You can't change the past no matter how terrible your decisions were. Life comes with no resetbutton or manual. You will pay for your consequences, but you will reflect off of your terrible choices and learn eventually. And that calmed me down - Alex ❤
