Hullo, all! I've finally finished the sequel to Mahogany and Teakwood I've been slowly working on for the last 2 years!

It's called Rose and Patchouli, and follows Roman as he navigates challenges to his identity, new faery shenanigans, and his complicated relationship with Virgil.

Like M&T, this will update every Wednesday and Saturday. I hope you'll check it out :)

I am currently reading Mahogany and Teakwood & It Is Really Good. It never came up in my recommend; I found it in PrevailedPrince's recommended instead. I am so glad that I did.
This story is very intense. Sometimes, I can feel my heart trying to beat out of my chest. Yet, there is both fun and funny moments all throughout its entirety. The storyline is wonderful and the way you wrote characters makes it feel like the reader actually knows them. You were also able to sprinkle in a bunch of Sanders Sides quotes without it seeming forced like some books do. All-in-all, I am simply thrilled so far & I felt the need to let you know just how marvelous a read this has been for me so far.
When I told King I had started reading it, he double-downed on his recommendation & he could not have been more right about it.

Well, I think I may enter both of the fanfics I've written into the Wattys this year (an unexpected advantage of my inability to write anything short; they both qualify!)

I've just finished a substantial edit to Mahogany and Teakwood, and will probably do one more editing pass before submitting it...so if you've had this on your reading list, now would probably be a good time to read it ;)
