Hello from the inky side ;)

To the few people reading Ties, I have entered it as an ongoing book in the Wattys, because of this, the upload schedule is only once a week. I upload biweekly on Inkitt (same username), so if you'd like to hurry the story along, please check it out there. My Inkitt readers are currently on Chapter 41. :)

I've edited Strains to the best of my ability in preparation for its inevitable entry into the Wattys! Sorry if it flooded anyone with notifications 

ONC for my entry is over, and honestly, I'm so happy to have participated! Tied to My Fate made it to the longlist even though it needed extensive editing and I submitted it a minute before the deadline! The good news is that I've gone ahead and made the necessary adjustments and also included a new ending. It is much more of a joy to read now, please give it a look if you haven't already!

New chapter is up a few hours early so I don't procrastinate on my final due tomorrow...
          
          I'm still going to wait until the last minute though. I can feel it.

Here's an update on my current story progress (for anyone who cares):
            'Ties' is going to be getting weekly updates starting in the next few days! The book currently stands at 35,000+ words!
            'Tied to My Fate' should be completed in the next few weeks (hopefully), and when it is, I will likely drop all remaining chapters at once. Maybe. 
          
          I'm susceptible to peer pressure, so the more engaged and eager my readers are, the more likely am to cave and drop chapters early. No guarantees though!

The sneak peek for the sequel to Strains is published!  I added it as a chapter on the first book, check it out and tell me what you think! I currently have eight chapters written and will begin posting in a few weeks ♥️
          
          Other updates: I'll be working in earnest to complete (or nearly complete) my ONC title next week but we'll see how that goes...
          
          Personal Update: I'm writing a romantasy to query to traditional publishers, I'm 50k words deep and my nerves are starting to get to me! Send me prayers and kind energy please! (And remind me how crazy I am to work on three projects at once!)

I've decided to leave 'Strains' as it is while I work on its sequel and my other small projects. I wrote it to prove to myself that I could write a full length novel and I accomplished that goal. It was amazing practice, and I hope my future stories are even better. Maybe one day I'll return to it, but for now, it'll be a great reminder of where I started. 
          
          Also of note, any future comments on any of my stories will be replied to in the voice of whoever the main character is. I'm way too shy to reply to everyone in my own voice, so I hope that's okay. Could be fun too.
