@newromantics_23 I absolutely understand that. But I think what makes comparison less painful for me is understanding that we all have different circumstances. The people you compare yourself with don't know what you’re going through, and you don’t know what they’re going through either. You can't compare people with different qualities, experiences, and upbringings. Simply put: it’s not a race because you are not competing on the same track. I hope this will be helpful for you . @newromantics_23 as someone who was also raised to hold myself to very high standards I SEE you. Something that's been helpful is to give myself grace to be a human. Sure, it's good to hold yourself to high standards, but as humans we're not meant to be hitting those ALL THE TIME. It's okay to make mistakes, it's okay to mess up, it's okay to fail, it's okay to be HUMAN. Because in the end, that's all we are. Honestly as long as you're doing your best, that's all that really matters. Everything will shake out just fine in the end, as long as you give yourself the grace to be human (envy and all) and realize that just because someone's farther ahead of you doesn't mean that it's failure on your part. In the end, all the hard work you're putting in is going to amount to something, and that's something that no one else can replicate exactly if they tried. And that alone makes the fruits of your labor and your success truly special. Idk if that makes any sense but TL;DR, it's important to remember to give yourself grace as a human being and that everything will work out in the right timing. @_honeybxx_ I never considered TLOAS a contester for AOTY ngl but rather for SOTY…like as much as I love Taylor it’s just not deserving of album awards, but definitely single awards (TFoO is AMAZING).
            
            RAYE’S album totallyyyy deserves AOTY or at least something more technical. I would say Record but we all know it’s too rigged for that.

            Actually for some reason I could only load the video titles on yt (photos/videos/safari didnt work) so I could see titles that atuff was happening but I couldn’t see the actual photo/mv or Google anything and I was crashing out lol
