Since I am a complete romantic, Severus Snape is easily my favorite character, and his unrequited love that saves the Wizarding World truly moves me. My 2nd-favorite persona is Sirius Black. He can be reckless, but also beyond wise and loving. He was one of my fictional mentors during my childhood! Some of his quotes actually summarize Severus perfectly: "You're not a bad person. You're a good person who bad things have happened to." || "We've all got light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are."

To the "classics"... my favorite poet is Edgar Allen Poe, he is such an inspiration. I get chills when I read his tragedies. I treasure the plays by Shakespeare, and novels by Nabokov and Bulgakov. My great-grandfather, Mikhail Matusovsky, was a Ukrainian poet and songwriter, and although I never got the chance to meet him, I feel the poetry in my blood.
