Well I guess its a glitch definetly. Cause its not happening with me.. And I had to post here because you can't see your pms. and all I said in my pm was.. 
          "I think Its a glitch.. Its not happening with me but yes it used to notify me that I have a message but when I click it.. No messages ._. I have contacted an ambassador before about this.. They said its a glitch and we'll be working on it. So don't worry! ;D" and thats all I said ;D
