RANT! I’m so tired of coming across these damn ChatGPT stories. I hope y’all know it’s obvious too. Wattpad is full of ChatGPT stories now, and all y’all shi sound the same. Ex: stepping out of the shower— my hair dripping wet, cold — same as the marble floors beneath my the soles of my feet. The house smelt of ash, toasted, burning wood —from the fire place. The crackling noise emitted from it, forcing my mind to settle. The buzzing of my phone— caused my strong frame to jolt. Lmao, like the obsessive amount of em dashes, is ridiculous the paragraphs are symmetrical in length to a T. The terminology always sound like your characters are in a damn professional meeting. Characters sound robotic, everything too perfect, shi just flawless. I guess everyone all of a sudden has the same writing style eh. And I’ve never came across so many urban hood books/ urban hood characters who doesn’t use any slang, no kind of aave. This is why y’all hood and mafia characters come off lame and cringy. It doesn’t give realistic. Just try to write your own story, or let at least 50 percent of your story be your own ideas, and not the whole damn book ChatGPT. If you feel a way about this idgaf, if you say nobody reading all this, well u indeed did read it. Toodles. Lmao.
