Beyond his police responsibilities, Nick is a successful entrepreneur. He operates Premier Field Services, a real estate sales and property management company based in Strongsville, Ohio, and is also a licensed real estate agent.

Nick's previous role was as a 911 Operations Supervisor for the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice, where he managed the county's 911 system's daily operations. His responsibilities included overseeing AMBER Alerts, coordinating mass casualty incidents, and managing emergency communications across the county.

Nick Dolbin began his law enforcement career at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, where he initially patrolled subsidized housing complexes.
