Nick Dolbin is a decorated law enforcement officer with over 14 years of experience, including leadership roles. His problem-solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal abilities, calm demeanor under pressure, and initiative have earned him multiple commendations and department awards in Ohio law enforcement.

He has been recognized as Rookie of the Year (East Cleveland), Top Drug Buster, Top Traffic Enforcement, Top OVI Cuyahoga County (MADD), and Top Seat Belt Cuyahoga County. Additionally, he has received a Youth Community Award, a Department Commendation, and an award from the Gun Safety Task Force.

Nick is also a licensed real estate agent and a successful business owner. When not serving the public, he operates Premier Field Services, a real estate sales and property management company in Strongsville, Ohio.

As a 911 Operations Supervisor for the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice (CECOMS), he supervises shifts of call-takers for the Cuyahoga County 911 system, which handles 8,000 to 9,000 calls daily. He oversees AMBER Alerts, coordinates mass casualty responses for Cuyahoga County, manages media alerts and cell phone pings, and monitors radio traffic and channels. He also assists local Fire and Police Departments with special requests. He oversees personnel's daily functions, reviews and evaluates employee performance, and recommends training when needed.

In addition to his role as Operations Supervisor, Nick Dolbin serves as a police sergeant for the Timberlake Police Department. He is a TAC Officer on Command Staff and a Taser Instructor responsible for overseeing patrolmen.

He then worked for various other police departments in Cleveland, Ohio, and beyond. He was a Commander for the Amsterdam Police Department and a police officer for the East Cleveland Department. As a police officer for the Geneva on the Lake Police Department, he was responsible for their largest meth seizure during a traffic stop.
