The last time I said something here was ten years ago. I’ve finally logged back into my old Wattpad account out of boredom and curiosity. It feels like driving back to your hometown and seeing that nothing has changed at all, everything was frozen in time from when it was ten years ago.

I was in middle school when I made this account. Everyone in my circle of friends had Wattpad, they were writing funny fanfics and sharing them with each other, and I was the last of my friends to join in. I wrote Hetalia stuff, because that was what we liked at the time. What started as a Wattpad account that allowed me to share things with my friends, became something slightly bigger. My Hetalia Crack book had 1.5K readers, and I had strangers following my account, eager to read new chapters. Middle School was fun, I remember sitting at the lunch table, comparing the readers we got on our Hetalia fics. Simple times indeed. Our friend group eventually drifted apart over the years, as do most friend groups formed in middle school.

I’m now an adult with a full-time corporate job. In the ten years since I wrote all that stuff, I’ve gone through so many things, but that passion for writing still has not left me. There are nights when life gets too tough, and what I would do is to hole myself in my room and start writing, whether on a computer, or a journal, alongside a cold coke.

Unfortunately, the me that wrote those Hetalia books are not the same me that I am now. I took a quick reading through all of them and needless to say…yikes. I’d very much like to have a clean digital footprint, and thus, I will start anew. Don’t worry, the old stuff is not gone, I’ve reverted those works back to its draft form, untouched. In the future, I hope to share some of my creative stuff with you.

I highly doubt anyone is going to read this. This feels like shooting a flare gun out in the middle of the sea, hoping for an answer, but if you’re able to read this, It’s nice to see you again.
