@nikamuhlsgf1 for your sake I hope she's back in Seattle and you can meet her gain and maybe shoot your shot and   become nikamuhlsgf ( although you might literally drop dead from an exploding heart if that actually happened ), but honestly for Nika, I never thought it was a great landing spot because with Skylar there she was never going to get heavy playing time as a pure point guard. Like I didn't get the feeling they were grooming her to be the future. Somewhere that actually isn't  chasing an immediate championship and rather is building a young core where they give her the keys and see where she leads them would be a much better match, imo. 
            
            I have been a UConn fan for a really long time and I can honestly say that from the first moment I saw her play I never took my eyes off her when she was on the court, hands down my favorite player - not because she is like incredibly attractive which she definitely is - but because of her passion and intensity she brings every single minute. You guys in Seattle never really got to see that live. It was there in that first game in Turkey and also her first game in November on the Croatian nation team - but then the injuries both games :(  I just love her to death and I hurt for her that her pro career has just never had the chance to catch fire. I mean both Sopron and playing on her national team were dreams of hers growing up and she's been cheated out of both those along with her W experience. :(

i really hope they don’t :/ she was the main reason for my season tickets so i’d be able to meet her again </3 

@nikamuhlsgf1 damn, literally the only good thing that has happened for her since graduating from UConn has been her huge success with tunnel fits and the fashion stuff.  B-ball has not been kind to her. If the Storm drop her I just hope somebody else picks her up, a team that actually believe in her and give her PT to prove her worth AND SHE STAYS INJURY FREE. Leaving #1 behind and going back to #10 might symbolically give her a reset too :(

@nikamuhlsgf1 Yeah, I just wish we were messaging back and forth of how badass Nika was instead of worrying about another injury, errrr. If there is any goodness in this world let it be something minor and she is back on the court to lead her Croatian team to qualify...fingers crossed and prayers sent :)

@nikamuhlsgf1 glad you're starting to feel better, I have a bit of the crud myself but feeling better some - very tired of shoveling snow though, we have probably between 24 or so inches of snow piled up here in Connecticut. Couple storms in the last week.  I snowblowed a small area in the back yard for my dog and a path to the back door and then with a big whoosh a bunch slid down from the roof and made it 3' or so deep right against the door, we dug that out some so now she has to climb over a little hump to get out there. Have you gotten much snow out in Seattle?

@nikamuhlsgf1 maybe you can catch a replay. Nika played well, no ghost of the injury. Probably would have had a good shot at a triple double is she played 30 minutes or more. They kicked butt, ofc the competition wasn't much - like I think the worst team in the league.

            i watch on the sopron basket youtube. they go live for every game! and they’ll live stream the warm ups sometimes

@nikamuhlsgf1 maybe could you get one of those custom  American Girl Dolls ( do they even exist anymore?) that looks exactly like triple M and then maybe bash it around a little bit paint black around her eyes and add a  little red dripping from her nose, some bruises here and there and just text her a picture of it, saying 'thinking of you'.... just a thought.

@neekamuhlsgf hey, you're a great writer and guessing a great person - wishing you only all the best in everything you do in life.  Keep those two alive in your heart, maybe sometime you can tell us how they're doing further on in their lives. Always up for another Nika story if ever you decide to write one ( we'll have to believe it's another Nika in a parallel universe because this Nika will always wake up in Olivia's arms). Thanks for sharing their story and pieces of yourself in the telling:)
