@nikamuhlsgf1 glad for me :), sorry with you having to cry all day maybe you can tuck that idea away for a future story ! Thinking with all four of the main characters in good to really good head spaces (unless I'm missing something - please no!) right now that, yk, the possibility of trying to make that work is a little ( okay more than little) unsettling. But, ofc,  I am very vulnerable to being devastated by situations in stories where things don't work out for Nika - like I can't get over what happened with/to her in a few of wattpad stories. From comments of some readers in those, I get that they aren't in that storie's Nika's corner but I don't have to tell you I can never be one of them!

So I tried posted twice a follow up comment about how the Jackie interaction is really full circle for Eden and a harbinger of how the future will look in a good way - but twice it went into the ether and din't post ( probably the gods censoring me for my endless rambling LOL). Anyway I think the way both Eden and Nika interacted with Jackie showed how sure and secure they are in their relationship and Jackie wasn't flirting, disbelieving, or testing- she was just wholly accepting and supportive. Eden has found her person, she isn't about hookups any more that's all in her past and Jackie is happy for her. So it's like a harbinger that Eden won't have to and isn't going to  feel like she is walking around wearing a scarlet letter and Nika won't have her head down walking along beside her holding her hand.
            
            The past is the past, Eden shared every bit of who she was with Nika  (Kenzie the only other person that she has ever been that open too) unedited and all Nika ever saw was the person Eden is inside, the one she has fallen in love with and Eden can love herself because of the unqualified love Nika gives her and that she gives her back equally. People (like Brook and  Eden's so called friend group at college) can basically go f**k themselves if they don't see Eden as who she is now and sincerely, unquestioningly celebrate  Nika and her relationship.

Oh forgot under the cotton are two nested half hearts necklaces one with an N and one with an E. 

Okay following up on my little fantasy - not Wnba game rather unrivaled. At christmas in Croatia, Nika gives Eden a little box. She opens it and over the piece of cotton is a folded note. It says: Eden you may not be ready yet and that’s okay, I’ll wait but when you’re ready maybe we can wears these. But  if you are now, we can put them on each other and will you come with me to  Florida for Unrivaled?

Shouldn’t be surprised, I mean I am obviously in great company loving the origins of the love story that you birthed between Olivia and Nika . I just never want to never stop hearing about their lives, love their love story ( and you for  creating and sharing it, thanks :) )
