Just take the book down. It’s so fucking disrespectful towards Lia, especially after she asked you to take it down. It’s her work, not yours. You have no right, republishing it. Especially after Lia stepped back from Wattpad, because of her personal reasons. 
          It’s actually disgusting what you are doing. Give Lia respect by taking it down.
          Yes we all miss her and her books, but it’s her decision if she doesn’t wanna publish it anymore.
          And if people like you keep doing this, she chances that she’s gonna come back are gonna get smaller.
