@niko1ester - that's a mystery none know who's the mysterious stranger who paid Callie to turn on Lena. Lena doesn't have any enemies, it has to be somebody close to Lena or Stef It could a number of people. It might be jude and callie's old caseworker bill or monica from Justin.

Years later they get married. Lena works as pediatric surgeon
And Stef is a top chef and owns two restaurants
One in Los Angeles and another in Mubliu
They are expecting there second child
