Can’t believe this needs to be said, but I am Canadian. I think I make my politics pretty clear based on how/what I write, so I’ll only say this once.
          
          Trump and his cronies are trying to wreak chaos and havoc on my country and send us into a depression, but we are a strong people, and we will persevere. But if you think for one second that I will stand by, tolerate, and play nice with the people who are responsible for this, you’re deluding yourself. If you are a Trump supporter in any way, shape or form, or support the actions he’s taking, kindly block me and stay away from my page.

Descendants: Disenchanted Chapter 2 is up!

Calling all Descendants fans, I’m trying something new! This story has been sitting in drafts with 90% of the first movie material done so I figured I’d publish it so it’s not just collecting dust. Have no fear though Hunger Games fans, I don’t expect this to impact OLCBL very much as I did majority of it ages ago.

Hi everyone, please leave my conversation board clear of asking about updates :) All of my current stories posted that are not finished (OLCBL, OLCBL Rewrite, Variations) will be finished at some point. I am just very busy and either haven’t had the inspiration to finish them, or the time.
          
          If you have asked on my convo board in the past, no worries because this is a new thing I’m asking but please in the future refrain from doing so. Just know that none of the stories here are abandoned :)

@SariyaSnake and once the re-write of Act I is finished, I’ll replace the current Act I of the main story all at once; I chose not to do it but by bit so the first act doesn’t get too choppy and confusing for people reading new act one chapters, and then suddenly they get old ones. I recommend you read the re-write to tide you over until then if you have time :)

Yes! I am continuing with both! Once the re-write of Act I is complete I’ll be able to upload some more chapters of Act III, since some of the information in the coming chapters makes a lot more sense with that background information. 

I’m excited for TBOSAS to come out! (Spoilers below).
          
          However, I am disappointed that they’ve turned the beginning of the 10th Games into a bloodbath. In the book, most run away, and even those that don’t go grab weapons, and then run. Not only does this fall into the sensationalization problem of the Games, but it also defeats the purpose of the movie. We’re supposed to be learning how the modern Games came to be (because of Snow). One of the “problems” in the early Games is that the tributes weren’t so willing to fight each other.  It’s what makes Snow’s suggestions more “genius”; coaxing and bribing the tributes to attack each other or do obscene things (think what Lamina happens does to Marcus) in order to receive sponsor gifts. If they were doing what the Capitol wanted in the first place, fighting each other, they wouldn’t have had to make it a school project at the Academy in the first place.
          
          All I’m saying is they better not cut all the anti-Capitol bombings and activity going on during the lead up to the Games.
