Hey. Guess what. There's been a huge update on Taeil's case. He has been accused of aggravated quasi-rape. Meaning he has committed the crime while armed with a weapon or acting with 2 or more accomplices against a victim who is incapacitated or unable to resist. I'm ashamed as the idols we look upto and love are capable of committing such crimes. Let us pray for the victim for her to heal from this traumatic experience and my salute to all the women who have been raped or hurt by the people they look upto. Jai Hind!

But not just that. Many teenage girls are facing stuff like catcalling and molestation. I'm pretty tall so I face it almost every single day. It's just a normal thing for us in India. They will touch you and use you for their own pleasure but all we women and sometimes men need to do is just brush it off. If we reveal it we lose our dignity and society brands us saying that we should have worn proper clothes. Even if we cover ourselves to such an extent that we can't breathe, they will ogle at us and catcall us but people will always say that it was our fault. I always sweat in my school uniform and I always choke from the collar being so tight but I still wear a sweater. It still doesn't stop. There are men of all ages. And no one's at home. I open the door by myself and lock it once I'm inside and sit there scared every day.
