just reread oliver; it was my comfort book when i was 13-14 years old. i'm turning 19 now and i still love it. it perfectly encapsulates how it feels to be a teenager. i won't be a teenager in a year but i'll always look back to this book. i didnt get to experience teenage love irl but i did through this book <3

@anonanonloves ah, i just realized how old i am, and how young i was when i wrote the book. it was certainly something huh. i am glad i was able to make you feel something. that really was the goal tbh, to connect and to feel like i wasnt alone. thank you for reading! hope you stay safe and happy <3

I loved Floating. I wrote this on my social media after finishing and wanted to share with you-

“Been thinking a lot about mental health, depression, and how powerful small gestures can be towards making a difference. I have depression, on and off, and I like to surround myself with a lot of resources to know more about depression and other mental health conditions. Believe me when I say this even a simple smile and a genuine “how are you?” can give someone who is struggling hope - hope to try fighting, hope to live through pain, hope to dream of positive outcomes. If you can only do a little about it, do that - be kind to the people around you. You will never know how much your smile, kind words, and gestures mean to them.

I finished reading Floating, a story about depression, struggles, and love. This book is so powerful and it definitely says things that I profoundly believe and unable to say as I am not good with words. I am sharing a small paragraph from this book -

“So all I know is I will keep fighting. We all just have to. It is the only choice.

The only choice is to go on and fight your demons every single day, even when they want to swallow up you whole, even when you know your back is against the wall. There is a reason why everything happens. And our only choice is to believe in ourselves and fight.

I have been floating, but then I found my ground. You may be floating but one day you will find your ground too.”

Please, if you can, be someone who will give others who are floating a reason to try for another day, giving themselves another chance. Please give people hope that they are not invisible and they are worthy.”

Did you publish this book? I tried to find it but failed. As a professor, I see so many students struggling through depression and mental health issues and thought about sharing this book with them.

Thank you for writing this amazing story.

@Moushumi0 I couldn't publish this book by myself of course, lack of resource and funding. But I hope you can share it through Wattpad if you want. Thank you so much for reading!
