I really love writing and drawing; I've also known about Wattpad for a while now, but I haven't really made a file. What changed my mind all happened one day in school.
I am in the 8th grade and barely 13. I take algebra out of regular math and an optional Spanish class.
The algebra people were lined up, waiting for their first period, when a girl in my class talked to me.
"Hey, (my name), the math class is in the other room."
"I know."
"Then... You're in algebra?!"
"...yep..."
That was the first time that happened to me, so I brushed it off.
And yeah, I'm that quiet, deadpan nobody girl in my class. I wasn't supposed to show emotion.
Social Studies was next.
My teacher began with handing out tests.
"Okay, I'll start off by giving you back your Unit 7 Tests from last week."
He had both class test piles in his hands.
Everyone was eager to see what they got.
"Alright, whose class is this... Audrie?"
"Other class."
A few students answered.
"Uh..... (my name)?"
"Other class."
"Okay how about- no wait, she's right there."
Everyone looked at me.
"Wait, she's in our class?"
I heard someone whisper.
Once again, I brushed it off.
No emotion.
Then Spanish, my last class, came around.
I began walking upstairs to the Spanish room when yet another classmate talked to me.
It was someone different than the last two.
"(My name), since when were you in Spanish!?"
I forcefully laughed it off, not trying to look annoyed.
Because after all, I'm the quiet, emotionless nobody in my class.
Hence the name.
