Tip one: if you want to exercise but it seems boring or difficult, try doing things you like whilst exercising. I for example, like to copy k-pop dances. And that gives me lots of excersise. But it's not limited to that! Dance to whatever you want, follow whatever dance you want, excersise how you want! Do yoga, aerobics, gymnastics! The internet is filled with different things to do!
