Medical fact of the day: having Anorexia is incredibly unhealthy, but we all know that. One main reason though, is because if you're starving yourself for so long, and finally decide to eat after you've "reached your perfect weight goals", your body will create more weight and fat because it wants to be prepared in case you stop eating again. It's a lose-lose situation! You'll be so skinny that it's unhealthy, and you also will never be able to continue eating!

          Tip one: if you want to exercise but it seems boring or difficult, try doing things you like whilst exercising. I for example, like to copy k-pop dances. And that gives me lots of excersise. But it's not limited to that! Dance to whatever you want, follow whatever dance you want, excersise how you want! Do yoga, aerobics, gymnastics! The internet is filled with different things to do!
