Chapter five is finally here, and it is probably the longest chapter I've written so far. There was a lot going on in this chapter that I felt it wouldn't have been alright to split it up. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did writing it.

Chapter Five of Scarlet Stories: Shadow Mistress is undergoing a massive rewrite. Had to adapt it to some new lore I'm working on, and it'll probably affect the rest of the other previously published parts. Hoping to have the fifth chapter out by tomorrow.

Took me a minute, but the fourth chapter is finally done! I had to split it up, because the word count was moving a little bit too close to 3000+ words. So I'll make the next part a separate chapter instead.

Alrighty. Just wanted to let you guys know that I have started editing some of the already published chapters of Scarlet Tales: Shadow Mistress. Chapter 1 through 3 have been edited, and they contain new story information that will be present throughout the rest of the story. If you have the time, please check them out.
Chapters 4 through 6 are still being worked on. Hopefully I'll be done with them during the weekend.

@jpsuchecki Wow, you have quite the series going on. Then I guess I'll have to start it from the beginning. I'll check out Call of the Beachwick.

@nostalgicDave lol...um.... well technically you're reading the fifth book in the series. But in this way, think of it like Starwars. Each set of 3 stands on its own. However, I would recommend you read Call of the Beachwick before reading Chain of Memories. It is the beginning of Aurelia's story. I will make several references to Thepa. Books 1-3 cover her story, but you don't need to read those to understand what's happening in Aurelia's story.

@Cool05guy2000 I checked out your book based in the DND universe. It's a really nice and interesting story, which brought back some memories of Skyrim. I haven't yet checked out your other new book though.

Chapter Four is finally here!
Had to take a short break due to the chaos going on IRL, but I'm glad I was able to get this chapter out. This new chapter moves into the perspective of another protagonist, Julius, who faces the darker side of what lives in Nidev.
