Howdy folks!

I just wanted to explain a few things about my most recent story “The Dragonborn Comes”. The story itself is INSPIRED by The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I put emphasis on the word inspired due to the fact that while the story follows and will follow the events of the main story, Dragonborn DLC/ Dawnguard DLC, it will have varying levels of changes to better fit the storytelling perspective of a book rather than a game. So many game play mechanics will be cut out of the story, for example:

          	Word Walls

Limitations on Shout recharge time (this will not exist whatsoever)

Shouts like “Whirlwind Sprint” and “Elemental Fury” will be cut as well. To me these types of Shouts, while fun to use, feel like stand ins for super speed and super strength. These being powers the Dragonborn would naturally possess by simply being a Dovahkiin.

The opposite will be applied to Shouts like “Slow Time” and “Bend Will” as these are Shouts that the Dovahkiin can use and choose how they affect time/reality.

The main goal of this story is to show the true power of the Dragonborn,Alduin, other Dragons and the Thu’um in general through my interpretation of the Dovahkiin. So please don’t be surprised if I change something in the story that logically wouldn’t make sense from a lore or story telling perspective.

The Dragonborn isn’t gonna be stabbed by a random bandit and die, a blade would shatter against his skin.

I hope this clears up any confusion regarding this story!
