@IlikeBookes thanks for the advice! My friend hasn't started estrogen yet bc she is underage but as soon as she starts I'll make sure she gets enough calcium

@hawyeemf Awesome!! First off, make sure they know they're loved! Secondly, if they start testosterone make sure they intake lots of vitamin c as T weakens the immune system, and if they start estrogen, make sure they get lots of calcium because E slows down calcium intake and that can cause brittle bones.
