We can barely know each other and yet decide to fall in love. Sometimes it takes just a breath of a moment, other times, even a lifetime won’t be enough.
I guess the same goes for our true calling in life, the passion our soul wishes to pursue. When we know, we know. There is a career I’m most inclined to, something I really want to do. But the catch is, it may not be lucrative enough.
Yesterday, I was on the phone with my childhood friend, expressing my worry. He said, “Well, we’ll find out, won’t we?” And we will. Once we decide on something, something that we’re absolutely sure of, it will either make us or break us.
If it’s the latter, at least we’ll break knowing we gave our everything.
