I honestly never thought I could write something dramatic. I'm usually more into comedy, slow-burn romance, or thrillers—when I can manage them. However, writing HAAL was a breakthrough for me. It allowed me to explore new creative ground, which is why, along with shifting genres, I also chose to use more formal and pure English. I want international readers to be able to enjoy this as well, and maybe test whether my vocabulary is up to the task.
          
          That said, I might put this story on hold for a bit, since we're already at the midpoint of the book, and the pacing has been quite fast so far.
          
          On another note, I'm excited to announce an upcoming book release! It may be connected to Professor Calkins and Lawrence as well. That's all. Thank you!

I can't sleep through the night, so instead, I just proofread the entire book and published chapters four to eight. Five ENTIRE chapters, containing 2k words and more each (most of it, yeah). Anyway, I liked this book myself. It's the kind of story I'd personally read, even if it's not written by me, lmao. Thanks a lot! I hope y'all enjoys it.
