My name is Akshi and I love it, it means eyes so naturally, or unnaturally so I love my eyes. I am 18 years old and preparing to be a lawyer. I love to read, listen to songs, talk or hang out with friends. 

Writing is something I use to vent out. Although I love writing poems, this time I am trying my hand at story writing. It's tougher to me because you have to create that perfect balance between what you want to show and what people want to read. I am a sucker for Romance stories, Paranormal ones and Historical Fiction. It has to have romance and a good ending. Tragedies do not go down well....I don't know why though. 

I am trying to change this fact,to incorporate a more practical sense,  and hence am writing something that is totally out of character with me. My protagonist and I couldn't have been different. 

I am a happy little creature with my set of insecurities, but  I love to smile. I love to chat and talk about good books. I am always looking for something to read, so suggestions are welcome.I hope to make friends out here.
