Also, sorry if this is a bother, but I said GERALD Robotnik, that is eggman's grandfather. Eggman himself is IVO Robotnik. Also, Shadow once wanted to kill eggman, so... (begins laughing mechanically)

Funny enough, I haven’t really put any work into how shadow feels about eggman. But I have done a very small bit of the opposite. Eggman sees shadow as exactly what he is- his grandfather’s creation. So although he’s ultimately a nuisance to eggman, he will begrudgingly be there for him if he really needs it because of that “family” connection.
In the games and shows though it seems like sega wants us to believe that shadow thinks eggman is Like a disappointment and shouldn’t even be associated with his grandpa’s legacy at all. But flip side, he has never tried to really come for him either the way he goes for Sonic and the others! So there is that little sparkle of family there imo

I have a question. Since Shade is the first born child of Blaze, doesn't that mean that he is the heur to the Sol Empire throne? Does he really want that? Will Maria take the throne or will Shade find a way to balance being king with having a normal life like Blaze did? Ok, imagining Shade as king right now is funny
Also, happy 35th anniversary of Sonic The Hedgehog. It's been a very entertaining and emotional journey watching Sonic and other characters grow and evolve. When I was little, he was just a cartoon superhero, but as a teenager and a writer, he's a memory and a deep character to love and analyse. Through comics, games, series, movies, and fanfics, it's been a fun journey. I remember my Sonic phase, when I actually took interest in the lore and whatnot. This is for you, it's so nostalgic

@LauranTrollsnMLP hey!! Thank you so much for sharing that <3 Sonic, specifically Sonic adventure 2, kicked off a lot of things for me. My interest in music (learned to play guitar because crush 40 slapped so hard in that game), writing, drawing (I’m not very good, but before ai I had to try somehow :) ), photo editing, running, heck programming lol…I think I would be a completely different person without it. It’s weird that one game can change so much. To your question, and one day I will really get to writing this, Shade is the heir. He wants to be, but initially for all the wrong reasons. He loves his mom and sees that it makes her proud, so he puts his all into it. Eventually he realizes he doesn’t love it, so he’s conflicted between making mom happy and making him happy. I always appreciate talking to you, and I really hope things are going great !

I found out the meaning of Espio's name. Ninjas specialized in stealth, secret combat, and espionage. Espionage basically means taking something without being noticed. THEY LITERALLY JUST TOOK ESPIO OUT OF THERE (≧▽≦)
Also Espio's clan is the Shinobi Clan. SHINOBI LITERALLY MEANS NINJA IN JAPANESE. Archie comics really took the easy route with Espio's stuff (laughing out loud)

And if they are even somewhat similar it’s about this rich dude who has an affinity for like being dominate and stuff and his assistant is like yay ok…. And then something about his last gf was out to get him, the assistant has his kid, all kinds of stuff happened

The chick probably thought she didn’t either and was just happy writing her twilight fanfiction, but other ppl saw it different. In the end just do what you enjoy I wonder what the original one was like in its twilight fanfic state, I think she took it down and I can’t find it

Hi not really a fan, so I noticed an inconsistency in Sonic lore — how the freak was Blaze in the future with Silver. I think when Blaze was first introduced, I don't know, I haven't gone that deep into Sonic lore. I don't know whether this was her first introduction, but it was in a video game. She was with Silver, living with him in his ruined world, helping him fight Iblis or the flames of disaster, whatever it is l they were fighting. When I first saw that I a random YouTube video, that was when I had left my Sonic phase. So, and I hadn't learnt THAT much about Blaze and Silver to understand why that was so. So it confused me because I knew her Blaze from the Sol dimension. So I was like, how is she now in the future with Silver? So I had to do research on it, and I found out that there is actually no explanation, and that even the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog explained that all the events of that video game were de-canonized from Sonic lore, and that Blaze is not from the future, only from the Sol dimension. That Blaze being in the future with Silver is an anomaly, and in a way, a mistake that shouldn't be considered canon. I did this because I read one of your stories, I don't remember which one. I think it was the Las Vegas trip, or is it Las Vegas party Crashers, where Silver was meditating and thinking about Blaze, saying she had forgotten their mission, and she would go to live happily with Shadow while he still had to fight whatever. So, now that I know that this whole Blaze being in the future with Silver thing was just a mistake, how do you rationalize it being Canon in your story if she's from the Sol dimension? And that also brings me to another question. Did Silver once have a crush on Blaze in your stories?
