            my father offered me a job at his company, to work there under him and to give me a life of comfort. i offered to work for myself and build up my own name. i got the job without my last name, taking on the name of plumber almost immediately and got to where i am on my own. which, by the way, is very difficult as a female wanting to do what is considered a 'mans job '
