If you wish to meet an individual of a certain type, such as a “sardonic and loyal vampire” feel free to specify, you never know who might show up! If you are feeling extra lucky try the [REQUEST RANDOM] command and see who turns up!

RULES • HOW TO INTERACT
          
          I.. Be respectful! Do not spam, repeatedly @, or badger the admin. You will be removed and lose access to all NOVAE-related projects. 
          
          II.. Be civil! Remember that not all thoughts are outside thoughts. If you have something you wish to say that may be seen as highly inappropriate or potentially sensitive either reconsider or reach out to the admin using [@novae_database]. You may banter as you please but be mindful of others.
          
          III.. Be aware! Not every individual you talk to will want to befriend you or even talk to you for an extended time. Do not take this personally. Some individuals may not be friendly in the slightest, others may be overly comfortable with you. It is your call whether you interact with these individuals and how you interact. If you wish to learn more about an individual without talking to them directly simply use the command [REQUEST INFO.] with the character's name or ID. 
          
          IV.. Closed means closed! You or the individual you’re speaking with may choose to close a chat at any given time. 0002, 0003, and the admin are also allowed to step in and close chats as they see fit. Close chats are not to be added on to or reopened but may be mentioned in new chats. 
          
          V.. Do not insert yourself! Most chats will include one user and will be accessed by only them. If you see a chat you wish to join you may leave a [JOIN?] request in the chat to the original user followed by your reasoning for joining. For example @/username [JOIN? - I was curious about the same topic], or something similar. From there it is up to the user to decide whether you may join or not. However you will not have permission to end the chat but are free to remove yourself whenever, however you see fit.

            VI.. Do not come seeking advice! This is not a place to vent your frustrations or ask for help. This is purely for inquisitors and those wishing to know more about NOVAE and its mysteries. If you need help please reach out to someone you trust or a professional. 
            
            VII.. If you wish to be addressed as someone other than yourself in a chat use the specific command [CHAT RP] in place of [CHAT]. You will receive a small form to fill out before the interaction can begin. If the interaction becomes too long admin asks that you take it to Discord at your discretion. Again, keep these interactions appropriate. 
            
            VIII.. More to come! Lore documents and brief character files may be added at later dates at the admin's discretion. If there is a certain character you wish to see or something you wish to learn more about, do not be afraid to request. For now, all interactions are to happen on the conversations tab. There will be no Discord server but if a willing participant wishes to make one, you have admin’s approval! Just don’t forget to add them. 
            
            IX.. Have fun! The most important thing to remember is to have fun. This is solely meant to entertain and seed out lore that may not be covered in Anachronism. NOVAE is a standalone idea that I use to connect some of my favorite characters and stories without things getting too messy. No spoilers will be given for Anach though, so do not worry!
