i havent posted on here for a quick minute, but what is going on with the black lives matter movement is something i support 100%. I don't want to undermine the movement by saying things like all lives matter, because we need to band together and demand justice. please do what you can, whether that be bringing awareness or attending local protests, signing petitions, donating what you can and emailing the governor in Minnesota. this is happening all over the world and just because the US is more vocal and transparent about their issues, doesn't mean other places like Canada (where I am from) doesn't have issues that we just hide. ignorance is supporting racism and oppression. ignorance kills. be aware and do what you can.

do you know what a hug truly is?
          its fresh baked cookies, pine needles, lemon, and flowery shampoo
          pink and yellow and turquoise twining together in a beautiful haze
          arms and heads touching
          not space for a breath
          intertwined
          that's what a hug is

as i am mildly concussed
          i won't be on as much 
          and won't be posting at all
          recovery time
          brain trauma is no fun.

graduation only doesn't suck when you're the one graduating.
          tears tonight and tomorrow. lots of tears.
          i'll miss them so much.
