⎯⎯ esperanza is a meta-human with the powers of superspeed and nucleokinesis! her former mentor, captain atom, took her to america to master her abilities after her nuclear manipulation almost burnt down multiple buildings. after being able to control her powers, she was offered the position of being a member of the teen titans. esperanza accepted, but also wishes to create a new team.
