Hey im nukpana a nickname i was once given by a old friend of mine!   With support and encouragement from certain friends ive been advised to start a blog up.     Now to tell you about me i am a 35 year old mentaly ill person, may i stress the PERSON which means im a human being just like you all.   Mental health conditions is depression, anxiety, emotionaly unstable personality disorder, psychotic tendancies.    No that dont mean im some axe crazed maniac, im a normal person with problems.     Im not likely to turn into freddie kruger or jason voorhez or some psycho.  
   On this blog im aiming not only to share my poems and stories but my personal experiences of being mentally ill......

The main reason ive set this up was to not only raise awareness of mental health.  But one day id like to achieve my dream of being a published writer.
