You just basically changed characters names and took the name of all hard work of the real Artist. Isn't it wrong of you to steal someone's work? I am a writer and my blood will boil if someone does this to my story! It really takes hard work to write a story.. I guess 2-3 years....
I would like you to take down that story or either give all credits to Makoto Shinkai. You should know that I can get you restricted by reporting you.
Taking inspiration and stealing are different things, it's better to learn the difference earlier or you will regret it your whole life..
