Hello, my starlits.
First of all, I owe you a sincere apology for disappearing for over three months. I know I left you all waiting, and I genuinely regret that. You deserve consistency, and I’m sorry for not being able to give you that during this time.
Life got a little overwhelming, but that’s not an excuse.. just something I’m learning to heal myself.
Thank you for your patience, for staying, and for still being here. It means more to me than you know. I’ll do my best to be more active and consistent from now on. And I promise, I’m coming back with so much more for you. I hope my starlits will be patient with me, won't ya?
Yours ever,
Ahana

#BTP Rants - 01 Mystery of Us - Well, if I had to talk about these two chapters.. they mean a lot to me. Specifically, remember that three onions flying scene? I feel very obligated to admit that was inspired by a real-life incident... Wait hold up ya'll. It wasn't actually onions flying in my case. It was an egg So here’s the story. I used to be terrified of frying eggs. The oil popping? Absolutely not. I was convinced it would jump out of the pan and personally attack me. But one day, I decided to be brave and also… to show off my “cooking skills.” Big mistake. I tried flipping the egg by doing that cool pan movement you see in videos... and guess what happened? Yeah. Exactly, I mean of course. The egg did not flip. It flew. Straight to the wall. And stuck there for a jiffy as if it was holding on it for its 'oh so dear' life. And then slowly… dramatically… slid down like it had just given up on life. While I just stood there, frozen, questioning every decision that led me to that moment. Somehow while writing I decided to give Davian that fate of me. I like putting some serious events or feelings into my books. Maybe some real feelings, sometimes real-life incidents. So, there are some scenes you might think is 'fictional' when it could be not.. so fictional. Iykyk. Okay, that's all for now, starlits. I'll take my leave. Bubye! Yours only, Ahana
