i'm doing a second master's at the moment—my first one was in literature, and now i'm doing one in philosophy. i was writing paper after paper, so today is the day i finally slept restfully after ages, but unfortunately, tomorrow it's back to writing again, so i'll be saying goodbye to sleep once more. ): 
            
            the paper was on the philosophy of memory, by which you should understand that i've spewed several thousand words of highly sophisticated nonsense. i do have the day off from work though, so i have some time to catch my breath. what do you do? 

a new friend! tell me about yourself, sam? how was your day? is sam short for something? sorry, i have too many questions—i finally slept after what feels like days, after finishing a long paper i was working on, and my brain feels new again. 

i joined quite early but i keep coming and going, so i'm on and off, and off an on. it's part of my charm, like an outdoor cat. i'm amy, nice to meet you!
