ive been thinking about this for so long, but in promise draco said he never loved elara back at hogwarts, but i really cannot get it out of my head when he's so soft w her. ik he said he wanted to finish working on the vanishing cabinet and be done w her but they were together for so long after she gave him the spell for it and taking her to the ritz, telling her he wanted to spend the rest of his life w her, tutoring her sister, and everything, he had to have had affection for her. and not j in the sense that he wanted control, i mean genuine affection. when you wrote it, did you write him in love?
