To everyone,
          
          I have decided to unpublish Borrowed Chances and Fragments of Me for now.
          
          I think it's time for me to step away from writing and take a long break.
          
          To everyone who has been with me from the very beginning, thank you. Thank you for every read, every vote, every comment, and every message that reminded me why I started writing in the first place.
          
          I understand that not everyone will enjoy the stories I write, and that's completely okay. Writing is subjective. Every reader has different preferences, and I have always respected that.
          
          What I didn't expect, however, was to receive curses, hateful messages, and personal attacks that eventually reached my Nyxxfrost Facebook account as well.
          
          Constructive criticism is something every writer should learn from. Harassment is something no writer should ever have to accept.
          
          I did not spend years studying, practicing, and continuously improving my craft just to be told to stop writing and harassed because someone didn't like a story I created.
          
          If my stories aren't for you, that's okay. You are always free to stop reading, close the tab, or simply move on. But kindness costs nothing, and I hope we can all remember that there is still a real person behind every story we read.
          
          For now, I need to choose my peace.
          
          Writing has given me opportunities I never imagined I'd have, and I'm deeply grateful for every door it has opened. Even as I take this break, I'm looking forward to sharing one of the projects I've had the privilege of helping write when the time is right. I hope you'll continue to support it with the same love you've shown me over the years.
          
          I'll come back when my heart is ready to tell stories again.
          
          Until then, thank you to everyone who stayed kind.
