I want to encourage people and have a journey with them and whatever they're struggling with. I want to encourage people to get help when they need it and I want to help people to find strength and I want people to understand it's not easy and I want you to know if you REALLY want to get better...if you REALLY want something you need to find the strength to ask for help.
