Loaqis

I read your bio.

Don't worry, I've got a story with four chapters and two prologues (And one author's note), I've got two drafts as well (One for chapter five and one for the plot of the start of the Sports Festival).

It's taking me a while to finish it compared to my other chapters (I got them done in at most 3 days), because it's taking me about a week to even get personalities straight. I always worry about how accurate the personalities are rather than how often I get the chapters done. When it comes to canon writing, I prefer quality over quantity. I have collaborated a bit with someone else due to how lopsided I am with the character personalities.

So don't worry about how often you get chapters out, it'll be fine.
It also helps you build up your writing skills so you're able to write faster (E.g. I can write about 1000 words in a day without a break and with a good plot, I used to only do like 200-400 a day).
          Just keep trying.

@Hopemitsy11 You're welcome. I'm not usually open to encouragement but when I'm able to and think I can, I try :)

@Loaqis thank you, really. The book i wrote only has two chapters, but maybe I'll think about republishing it.

@Hopemitsy11 I still encourage you to at least republish it. It's fine if it's discontinued (Hell, most of my fanfics are discontinued anyway!).

As long as YOU had fun writing it, it doesn't matter what others think of it. Constructive criticism is great but comes in various types of tones; From nice or neutral to unintentionally rude or just toxic where you can't tell if it's criticism or somebody hating on the story.

You don't necessarily HAVE to be in a fandom to have stories of it (E.g. My old as dirt Minecraft Story Mode books), it can be stories of fandoms that you've dropped out of recently or even multiple years ago!

            Nice comments are always good.

It's always a good idea to keep up your oldest books because then you'll be able to know how much you've grown since then! Plot-wise, personality-wise, and writing-style-wise!

If you ever get a toxic comment on your story or stories, remember that you had fun writing it and that's all that matters.
