Oh no! Sorry your mental health is not ok. Just remember to always take deep breathes, drink some water, go outside, talk to loved ones, etc. Your mental health is more important then mine or anyone’s requests in your stories. Just remember that you come first before anything. You are talented and amazing. Nothing can take that away from you.
