Fun Fact:
the town, the school, the house Tyler lives in, Tyler’s family’s financial situation, and Tyler’s best friend (Brendon) for “In The Dark” are all based on my real life.
Tyler’s house is the one i lived in all throughout high school, his school’s layout is the same as my high school, obviously the town is the same but has a different name, and Brendon is almost very accurately based on my childhood best friend (she’s an absolute trip, i love her to death).
just to give you guys an insight on why i put so much detail into this story and why it means so much to me.

@obviouslyjoshdun I was like 11-12 at the time when they started, but I just never got into them, my friend was obsessed with them though. I get how surreal it feels. I had the same with chester, I grew up with his music when I was 11-14 and they were my favorite band before I found TOP. It’s so surreal when something like that happens to someone who used to be such a big part of your life when you were younger
